Sigh, my analogies were tongue in cheek as much of my posting in this thread has been. I'm not going to get into a schlong-off with you around knowledge of complex business models, contract law, service level agreements, believe whatever you choose to - try and tone down the patronizing tone though in future eh? We are both simply arguing from two fundamentally different view points, and we are never going to agree.
I believe that I have a right to complain and be compensated to a small extent for service that falls short of defined expectations.
