Yes the bursting into flames was to give it more supercar credibility. The original NSX did not suffer this affliction and for years has suffered the 'is it or is it not' debate.

Over Xmas i finished my gearbox :D Main shaft bearings said FATALITY i think one of balls must have fallen out cause started to sound like hmm U never heard sound like that :D But at lest it went out with a class while racing my mate in RX8. Nothing beats good 800 pounds start of a year LOL. Cant believe it still works and gears go in but grinding sound is louder than my spoon n1 exhaust without plug in lolol.
But i knew its on way out hehe got myself JDM 98 spec one should be back on road this or next weekend :) people at work say I am crazy cause invested 4k in my ITR in last 6 months and i drive 2000 miles a year with it hahahaha

I was at my local dealership chatting about my Accord and my shock at the price to fix and we got talking about the NSX. They said a £5k deposit would secure one.
