Read a review that said "the tag line for the movie should read - No as bad as you think it will be"
I watched it tonight. It wasn't great, but it wasn't terrible.
I also watched Fast & Furious. The plot is absurd, but the acting is good and the driving and stunts are very impressive.
My attitude entirely, after watching the second one at the cinema I swore to myself that I wouldn't be making that mistake again.
I think perhaps if I could erase the book from my mind then I might enjoy them.
Coherence - Awesome science fiction film, definitely one of my favourite releases of 2014 despite only seeing it now.
Time Lapse - Entertaining, nothing special.
Predestination - Beautifully shot, and a good film. Little predictable though.

I really want to watch this, but.....
It may sound silly, but I'm such an animal lover, I'm afraid the scene where the cute puppy gets beaten to death will really bother and stick with me for days after.

Fifty Shades of Grey. 1/10. My god I never thought there was a worst love story than twilight until I saw this.
A Walk Among the Tombstones.
Not sure what to make of it really. The story could have been interesting but they only really skimmed the surface of it and the characters involved. The action scenes were a little dodgy and there wasn't much suspense or mystery to what went on. I think that it was missing something that I can't put my finger on.

Batman: Assault on Arkham
Even though this had no real story I loved it, it's actually about the Suicide Squad rather than Batman who really plays a supporting roll but a good one.
Great voice casting (as with all DC animated movies) and the action was brilliant with fight scenes you wish they could have in live action movies without having to resort to CGI.
Even though this is a 'cartoon' it is aimed at adults so I would recommend watching it before letting the kids at it.
