Another Ubisoft fail. Beta shows gameplay is not that good. Looks worse than games that run better than it. Costs a small fortune. They should just give up.
I played it and enjoyed it. What did you not like about it when you played it?

Tempted to upgrade my GPU for this, thinking a 390...
Hmm, suppose. May have to think about getting a gaming laptop shortly anyway.
Huh? That's a rather sideways move - are you a crab? Like Nexus said, either get another 970 for SLI, go big on a single GPU or get a Gsync screen to make the most of your 970, the 1080p one I have would work very well with your 970.
The good ones are crazy expensive, might be easier to go with a SFF case and have a portable desktop type setup than go with a cray cray expensive laptop.
Or just go back to your console and resign yourself fully to the fact you are not cut out to be PCMR.

Is this sarcasm?
This isn't a fantasy RPG so one shot headshots are realistic depending on the enemy.
You answered it yourself, this is not that, it's a Tom Clancy headlined game, you know based of realism and all that.
Unless of course I missed the dragons and elves in the DZ![]()
Not going back to just a console, I'd miss PC too much![]()
Learned your lesson more like![]()
The 390 does outperform the 970 in most things, at least that's what I've read anyway![]()
Yeah it probably does but why spend more money on a negligable performance gain. Did your 970 struggle with TD beta?
Or are you just getting the upgrade itch lol

My 970 held up well at 2560x1440, didn't really chug at all.
Iirc, there is only a few fps difference on average between a 390 and 970.
That could explain why he is so easy to kill....![]()
