The EU human rights laws regarding everyone being entitiled to a family life etc.
If spain deliberately tried to exclude brits as a punishment, theyd be forcing them out of thier homes out of the lives they built etc.
Id be willing to bet there wpuld be some law firms who could tie that up for decades in the eu courts.
That indian you mention hasnt been living here legally for the past decade plus like most of those brits have spain
Spain wouldn't have to literally kick them out, just make it economically inviable for them to stay, for example by making them pay for access to the Spanish health service.

Today is the last day to register to vote. Don't miss out on your democratic right, people.
Sent off my postal vote today. Voted remain.
I wish more people would pay attention to this. More than half of our immigration was from non-EU countries which we have complete control over.
Boring thing is that it's only questions and "Mr Farage will take questions first, followed by Mr Cameron".
Does that fact stop them coming?
We have received our cards through the mail - we're good to go right? Just turn up at the Polling Station?
Does voting leave stop them coming?
