*** The Samsung Galaxy Note 7 Thread ***

Just had UKMail randomly turn up and collect my Note 7. I wonder if Samsung will refund before the charge back from Barclays has completed.

The UKMail delivery driver did not have anything good to say about Samsung and how they've tried to 'organise' the collection process.

I had a random UKMail one come to pick one up a day or so after UKMail picked up both of mine. :D

Last email I had from Samsung was requesting my tracking number as they couldn't locate my 2nd returned Note 7 :mad:

I replied I never received 1 from you or UKMail ...still waiting on reply

I'm in Amsterdam at moment so can't chase it up with Barclaycard


This has been a total farce by Samsung
 
Checked again and my refund has been paid. Easy to miss as it was dated Aug 16. Now looking forward to what we get next year.

I finally got an email from Samsung confirming Note 7 received and a refund has been sent

not showing as yet

Did you get the correct amount refunded i.e difference between Note 7 and S7E ?

Me... Samsung haven't got the pick up right twice now (UK Mail say they are just following Samsung's instructions) so now I've demanded they collect it when it is convenient for me... Sunday evening ;)

Amex have credited my account and are currently disputing it with Samsung.

Hahaha you are trying to use the story of the iphone that was badly damaged in transit as evidence that phones just blow up for no apparent reason like the Note? I'm sure Samsung appreciate your loyalty but even they would agree its completely misplaced. :D

No, he didn't do that at all. He compared it to your S7 article, not the Note. Go and troll somewhere else if you really have nothing better to do, it's boring for everyone, even for those of us who don't own Samsung phones but like to read threads. You add nothing to this forum and never have done.

Haha! I'm surprised ISIS haven't been trying to buy these phones :p

/Edit: Or have they? I better be careful because I'm brown, have a beard and when I go abroad I tend to have a backpack... and obviously the fact that I still have a Note 7.
 
Well I like my iPhone 7 plus but my work phone is a 6s plus and I really miss my note 7. May look into s8 or note 8 if that ever comes out.
