So got 2400Mhz 16-16-16-39 to 2666Mhz 14-14-14-40. Not bad for £70 Crucial Ballistix Sport RAM for 16GB
Compared to my Trident @ 2666Mhz 14-13-13-34....

This is my 1700 at 4.1Ghz on 2666Mhz RAM.

My MT score is low too in comparison to yours.
How are you overclocking, is it via P State or Base Frequency?

There is something odd with your MT score Matt. My 1700 at 3.9 gets better than that :/

Just bumped my DRAM voltage up from 1.375v to 1.40v and then to 1.425v and each time my MT score improved.

Actually, bumping my Southbridge voltage has played a part in increasing scores too. Hmm.

The bios is all default other than CPU set to 4.1, set volts and change RAM to 2666Mhz, dropped timings and up the volts to 1.35.
This is all I have done for that score.
What voltages did you find worked best in each case?
