And then we let those people into politics....that's what happens. You have to talk to the 'bad people' from the other side
Between this and Diane Abbott, there's a serious question mark over JC's judgement.
Would almost consider voting for them otherwise, especially if they dropped some of their more questionable polices such as nationalising the railways.
Was actually considering that. It's almost as if May is actually secretly wanting to lose. Fox hunting and dementia "tax" (announced during dementia awareness week - couldn't make it up!) seem to be massive vote losers to me.Well you could consider the Lib Dems - they're the genuine centrist party now that Labour has started to go back to it's left wing roots
doesn't always work like that - the corporation tax often isn't paid overseas

Obviously there can be subsidiaries that might pay and that will be offset as mentioned. Similarly we get screwed in the UK by the likes of Starbucks who opt to pay more of their tax overseas... thanks to transfer pricing and certain low tax EU countries...

Typical modern politics, don't worry about policy, just have your pet media character assassinate your opponent. Everyone's more interested in the playground arguments than the future of the country anyway.
What active service unit was Corbyn part of?
Edit: Your sig sums it up.
SN: Do you codemn the IRA?
JC: I condemn all bombing - it's not a good idea.
SN: it's not the question.....
Not directly but by association he did answer the question.
It was simply a politicians answer.

He and all the others worked to bring an end to the troubles in Northern Ireland (for the most part) which meant for a lot of those involved making personal sacrifices and working closely with people they didn't necessarily agree with or even like.
Such are the things that have to be done in the search for peace.
Maybe focus on that fact rather than the 'word hockey' he played with the fat troll that is Stephen Nolan.
It isn't as simple as that though - if that were the case then why was he protesting on behalf of bombers/murderers? It isn't just a politicians answer but not only did he refuse to condemn them he's actively attended rallies, protests and vigils in support of them.
Sometimes you have to 'get in to bed' with the enemy to earn their trust.
Quite possibly. I was just trying to point out that he's not actually a terrorist sympathiser, no more so than anyone else involved in the peace talks.Very dangerous in a prime minister though - leaves him wide open to exploitation by people intent on no good who will play on his "decency".
Media blackout? Don't you watch the BBC or Sky News? They had most of news coverage for a whole day on Tuesday. Also my YouTube feed gives me plenty of Corbyn and Labour related suggestions. Also bear in mind he was unheard of two years ago.I know very little about Corbyn, has there been a media blackout on him, he never really appears any any media I look at, or come across, that includes YT. Must look up some interviews.
