*** Nintendo Switch ***

Once you have the left joycon repaired, you will get random input lag on the right joycons. This is most noticeable when playing splatoon with motion controls.

Playing with 2 players using only left or right joycons does not have this issue. It's as if the left joycon signal is interfering with the right one after it's fixed.

Very strange! Glad I don't have any issues with mine!

I don’t plan on getting the left fixed. It’s only noticeable if you go too far. But we’re never too far from the switch. Thanks for the heads up though. Glad I haven’t sent it for repair.

Edit. Love the look of the red ones. Hope they will be available standalone !

Amazon Japan has the red ones available on their own so they will be.

I thought I noticed this on occasion! But thought "nope...I had this looked at"

Do you get it with all right joy cons? Is it specific to the console?

There are joycon updates available too. System\Controllers and Sensors\Update Controllers. Just updated mine no idea what it does but everyone loves an update!

Had the switch for a couple of days now and it feels like Nintendo had to make quite a few compromises in the hardware. The kickstand is basically useless, the joycons are quite uncomfortable when attached to the side and the huge bezels seem like surprising waste of space for a portable console. I guess none of these really matter if you primarily use it docked but it all feels like it's crying out for a Switch 'lite' revision to address these issues.

Having said all that, Zelda is an absolute masterpiece. I can't stop playing the thing and I can't remember the last game that had me hooked like this.

Thing is, whats on the horizon? They've started with two show stoppers (Zelda and Mario) so how do they follow that?!

Loooaadds of IPs they can put on this still.

For the joy cons try some ozrly grips. They make it more comfortable.

It's a fault with my console, so the issue presents itself with all right joycons.

I have come across one other Switch with the fault and one without, so it's not an inherent fault with all Switches.

Ok. So that means I may still have a problem with my switch. Dammit.

Hmmm honestly I am not sure. My Switch literally sits next to my router. I've never really tested it. Nowhere in my apartment does it struggle with Wifi. Not sure which one I am using, 5ghz or 2.4ghz. I'll play around with it on the weekend.
