If your going on MLID the PlayStation 5 uses RDNA 3 chips, then I have some bad news for you, MLID is full of it.
Mark Cerney already told us Sony are using RDNA 2/ Zen 2 based APU's.
I'm pretty certain MLID said that some of the custom stuff sony asked for in their GPU would/could be in RDNA3, not that PS5 was using RDNA 3.
Edit: At a second look your post has nothing to do with the post your replying on. Based on the little i know about the development timeline for these things, i would be surprised if they didn't have silicon of some description back at HQ going through testing right now.

Rumours about RDNA 3 silicon, it doesn't get much more relevant to what he posted.

what does the PS5 have to do with working RDNA 3 silicon?
Edit: MLID was only wrong when he started saying the RDNA 2 will compete and might even beat Ampere. But people were lapping it up when he was talking about how good ampere might be. Not a single complaint about him back then.

Just watch his videos for a couple weeks and you'll see that every other day he comes up with specs about the same product.
I can clearly remember he put out a video about Ampere saying Ampere is going to hit 2500mhz and the very next day he puts out a video saying Ampere won't even hit 2000mhz.
Only someone who lives in make believe land can change their story so drastically and so frequently as MILD.

And specifically regarding his videos about the Ampere clock change, if you so distinctly recall what you watched then you'll remember that a: his video was based on information he'd had for a couple of weeks already at that point, b: he already commented on the hurried release of the 2nd video, and c: the sub 2000MHz clock was one specific sample from one specific source, more than likely the same GA102 that was reporting sub 2000MHz clocks at the very beginning. There were other sources, both his and other tech tubers, whos samples were hitting 2.3GHz and beyond. MLID has commented repeatedly over the past few months on Ampere videos about how Nvidia works in segmenting the engineering teams so none of them have a complete picture. it is ENTIRELY possible that the sub 2GHz (suspected) GA102 is not an engineering sample for core clocks, but for some other component.
And literally everything he posts is always clearly denoted as either his speculation, and therefore do not take it as truth, or reporting on information he's been given, which is always subject to change.
If you're not going to actually pay attention to what he says, or any other tech tuber for that matter, then don't watch. Especially as you're jumping to conclusions yourself, bleating on about how he's wrong when there is literally no way he can be wrong (or right) at this point in time when the damn products don't exist.

Companies don't magically change their clock speeds more over 500mhz overnight.

Haswell and Devil's Canyon "easily" doing 5GHz is one that jumps out. Fairly certain Ivy Bridge was rumoured to be clocked faster than it ended up being (the power efficiency improvements rumoured to offer a big ceiling uplift). Wasn't Kaby Lake supposed to have a bigger clock bump over Skylake than it actually got?
All of these had their clocks "magically" changed "overnight", either through technical limitations (Kaby Kake), overeager marketing and hype train (Haswell/Devil's Canyon) or complacency in the face of zero competition (Ivy Bridge, Kaby Lake).
Yet it's a complete lie that AMD intended 5GHz Zen 2 parts? Is it not more likely a case that they intended to do so in the face of 10nm Intel competition, but hit technical limitations and then ultimately decided not to clock to **** off it when Intel's projected competition just never materialised? No no, AMD and Adored must be trolling and lying, that's the only explanation
That is rarely a straight forward story - generally dialling in clock speeds its a fairly lengthy process of refinement but sometimes an issue is found last minute that requires a significant change almost overnight or vice versa sometimes longer term testing data nearer release might indicate you are being overly cautious, etc. (though that is a less usual story). Last minute big jumps upwards in reaction to the competition are pretty rare due to the validation required. I'm also aware of situations where a cherry picked lower end part has been highly clocked to simulate a higher end part not available for early demos, etc.
