Yea regret not ordering the OC, grabbed the non-OC since its only £20 difference. Would have hoped the Strix would be better binned than the TUF same time can they even check the bin quality without putting it on a board?

The answer is 'yes' and also, once its fitted they will bin those as well.

I think less experienced hands will be caught out a bit this time when they find out there are three binning tiers this time around, i predict quite a bit of wailing on the forum about it, its not started yet because the cards have not shipped.

If you are one of those people that will be entirely happy with stock performance there is nothing to double-check but if you want a top binned chip this time around then the top tier cards from each manufacturer will be the only way to get one.

Its not entirely clear at this stage if the Strix OC is bin tier 2 (middle) or, the rumoured Strix OC TOP is bin Tier 1 (top) or the Strix OC is bin tier 1 and the Strix OC TOP is also tier 1.

I have a feeling that these cards with slower than reference clock speeds are bin tier 3 (bottom) regardless of the noise relating to the TDP limits.

232 on the queue calculator how long do you think I’m looking at? Went for the Zotac even though I wanted MSI just because while the site was messing up I thought it would be less popular

Which of you are gonna scum bag it and put your cards on ebay for £1000

Would be pretty tempting tbh. It would almost amount to a free upgrade to a 3090. But cannot condone the scummy practices of scalping...and for my situation I suspect the stock on all the other manufactures will have stabilsed by the time EVGA get around to sorting out their UK stock. Supposedly no 1 in the queue for the EVGA FTW3 but still don't expect to see my card before November....

Im 209 with the same card mate so I reckon late October but from seeing what people have said about the Zotac might cancel my order and go for asus tuf or wait for the 3080ti to drop seeming as It was confirmed by gigabyte.

Lets say for example I place an order for a 3080 today. I understand the cards come with Watch Dogs Legion.

However if I don't receive the card until Dec at worst say Jan... will the Watch Dogs Legion offer still be valid?

Apparently the Watch Dog codes are valid until November not sure If It said this year or next year, saw this info on Nvidia's website.

The offer has been taken off for now. You’ll notice it’s not in the description or product images anymore.

Gibbo has said he only had 1k game codes, but is aiming to source more (a lot more hopefully lol).

I hope so I wasn’t to bothered about watch dogs tbh but I’d defo give it ago now I know there’s a shortage of codes I somehow now want it lol

That’s got nothing to do with the number of game codes retailers actually have available to supply. :p

That said I’m sure Gibbo will get his hands on more at some point for purchasers.

If the card arrives after 30/11/20 we have lost a £50 game

It's interesting because the TUF cards look like they could really pack a punch for overclockers.

The data that showed the TUF demand as lower are just due to an error in the spreadsheet. The order estimate for the TUF on the 17th are actually showing the TUF OC and FTW3 data

Adjusted for that the current estimates in the spreadsheet for orders on the 17th are as follows:

ASUS Strix: 189
ASUS Strix OC: 610
ASUS TUF: 1,699
ASUS TUF OC: 392
EVGA FTW3 Gaming: 73
EVGA FTW3 Ultra: 87
EVGA XC3 Black Gaming: 566
EVGA XC3 Gaming: 145
EVGA XC3 Ultra: 203
GIGABYTE AORUS Master: 145
GIGABYTE AORUS XTREME: 203
GIGABYTE Eagle: 1,380
GIGABYTE Gaming: 450
Inno3D iChill x3: 15
Inno3D Twin x2: 58
KFA2 SG: 44
MSI Gaming: 2,208
MSI Ventus: 1,162
Palit Gaming: 189
Palit OC: 58
ZOTAC Trinity: 566
