Basically nobody really know what the situation really is and everything else is conjecture and educated guess work. Let's just wait and see what OC come up with later this week for actual queue positions. That can then be married up to official information coming from the card manufacturer that you have chosen.

Exactly, which is why I posted my example about companies who concentrate on certain countries, as people are getting ahead of themselves getting excited because their card is less popular thus less orders, but there's a reason why they are less popular lol. I posted some facts just to bring things back to perspective about companies top selling countries, but like you said, no idea on numbers, for all I know inno3d have already satisfied India and can now concentrate on ROTW, I doubt it, but not impossible.

Hopefully that queue calculator is somewhat accurate! (thanks for making it by the way!), I ended up ordering a MSI Gaming at 14:32 and I am hopeful my position in the queue is quite low for this card in reality (I think I checked and it was 124)

Though I have just seen someone who ordered at 14:17 not get the card yet so I might be waaaay off!

Anyone know what sort of numbers we are dealing with when they say 'small shipment' of cards arrived? What is small to Overclockers? 5? 100?

I ordered on the 20th so I prob wont see my 3080 tuf oc for months yet..... but my order doesn't show the free game promo but on the zotac card I ordered and canceled it did (only canceled as when I ordered it was showing stock and then got the email of doom)

You think i will still get the promo?
No You wont

"Less than 50 is small, more than 50 is average, more than 100 is big and more than 1000 is a dream."

To give you a vague idea I ordered the same card at 14:18 and am at position 47. No idea on your shipment size question though - hopefully someone else can answer that.

Ordered a kfa2 but haven't seen any of them floating about online in the wild yet. The only slight hope in clingy onto is the galax model started shipping in preorders in Australia today.

Will see when I get it, probably just return it if it performs so badly. Still I'm still thinking whether to go for the 3090 but same time I can't imagine using more than 10gb vram for anything.

it’s a catch22 situation, personally i think the binning situation needs to be clarified before i would place an order.

Yes the TDP of the 3080 FE boards is higher but that could be because the chips are from Bin 3 and need more power.

What you don’t want is a AIB board with a Bin 3 chip in it. Which boards these are is not clear to me or, i suspect, to anyone in the order queue.

Anyone interested by the Strix 3080 OC ? I pre ordered one today and I'm supposedly queued 1119.... thinking about cancelling the order. and give a chance to local retailers...
