Me too. No emails but order (placed at 9pm) shows in OC profile page.
I suspect the email server took a dive on Thursday afternoon.
I too sent a webnote, but haven't heard anything yet.
The emails usually get sent once payment has been confirmed and not at the time you actually place the order

im 79 for MSI trio
Quite a few of us didnt get any emails, so only have the OC number
Niceee. I'm a 14:09 order for the Trio :'(
they would have been swamped also the stock is very low for these cards. which is why i dont get many retailers are taking orders on items they basically cant send out for a month plus. some big retailers only getting like 100 cards and taking 10s of thousands of sales.
the sad thing is some people will sell their current card and think i brought one im okay for a week yet it maybe two months before you get one even though your money has been taken.

just spoke to OCUK support they said i will when they get more codes from nvidia as they were only issued 900-1000 and they will be added to the orders when in stock again

Anyone know If Zotac are planning to update there bios? To increase performance in their card as I still have the card coming and I don't want to waste my money cause I'd rather get a refund and purchase a 3080ti in the future or possible a Zotac AMP Holo when they release.

Not always, though. Mine went through the processing stage pretty quickly, and has been on "Order received - not yet shipped" since Thursday evening
No emails at all, though...
Think the only way they will fix it is through a bios update... who is going to be willing to update their bios on their shiny new gpu and risk borking it. I reckon most yes will be annoyed but eventually will be forgotten and forgiven, the fact that they even got a card at release is a miracle lol.
