Question.
I ordered a 3080 from OC on the 27th , and in my OC portal under my orders it shows the order as :
Order status: Order received - not yet shipped.
But yet I've not got any order confirmation email at all , should I of received an email ?

Email customer service. I had same and they sent the email within an hour. Not email but customer service forum bit!

i was about to change my order to Palit after your 1st Message with Palit. Unfortunately i did not

OK, that's Palit sorted.
Now what about ASUS, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, Zotac, Inno3D, PNY and KFA?
That's cool man, pretty stupid how I ordered a palit gaming pro oc at 2.36pm and haven't received any info about shipping or anything
They called me today, politely confirming my order then emailed me a tracking code. I'd be surprised if they didnt deliver, but who knows
Really quite strange you could find out multiple queue related things on the phone
While I couldn't even get my position in the queue for the card I actually ordered at launch
They did say anyone swapping from tomorow will be at the back of the queue. But it's an absolute disgrace that people have been allowed to swap up until this point
i live in Austria and 3km to border of Germany and Switzerland. I phoned many Etailers about Asus and Gigabyte cards. They said all the time for Asus the same: there is little delay and they are expecting a shipment on 5th Oktober. And Gibabyte due to 7th or 9th Oktober. I am not sure about UK.
i got 5 or 6 mates from polish forums that ware told they get card this week just to get told today they not getting them All from 3 different polish stores lolol. As You say bealive when ya see status SHIPPED

If that's true I'm quite disappointed I ordered the OC palit

Didn't realise but I got a dispatch email at 16:20 (420, if you will) for the MSI Gaming Trio O_o
A little awkward to be honest, as I ordered this one for my partner, but they got theirs dispatched from a competitor yesterday. I am going to have to return this one from OCUK I think. Not sure on best way to do it; maybe refuse delivery when DPD arrive?
