I was 190 in the queue for the 5950x last Friday. Mine has not shipped yet but I assume maybe soon.

What I'd love to know is how big the queues are for the various CPUs, for those that haven't ordered yet.

100s? 1000s? Tens of 1000s?

At a guess, and from what I've read, I believe it is about 1000-1500 per CPU with the exception of the 5950x which is lower, maybe 500 odd

Hold on so why cant I pre-order a 5950x on OCUK website ? there cant be that many back orders left ? I was really hoping to get a 5900x or 5950x this week but I cant find them anywhere.

Same boat as a few others on here just got my update from the other place No477 for my 5900 and only 24 in this week it's going to be a long wait me thinks.

I know right, twenty-pigging-four this week with over 1300 back-orders! I was expecting big numbers this week but if this is the rate then it's going to be some wait.

Might just skip on the CPU upgrade until late next year at this rate. 3600x is still fine for gaming at 4K tbh and it ain't looking like backorders for the 5900x will be cleared any time soon
