Same here. It's just MSI's naming/numbering convention - first two numbers are major version, third number is 0 if release version or goes up in sequence with beta versions.
Thanks! I know Beta versions can also be withdrawn, when it turns out that they have problems I had just assumed that 1.53 was withdrawn as bad.

all sub timings tightened also. So far I've just slapped the dram voltage at 1.5v. POSTed and booting into Windows no problems. Currently running memtest, will then test with Realbench and then some gaming tomorrow. If all is good I'll gradually start bringing the voltage down.
