Police cruising around randomly executing innocent black people, yet no-one can point to a victim that isn't a criminal deadbeat that resisted arrest or pulled weapon.

Now break down the crime statistics per capita by ethnicity, you might see a correlation then, maybe?

But we already know that on a per capita basis one person is about 5 times more likely to murder another so on a per capita basis the police are more likely to cone into contact with black people in relation to crimes like homicide etc.
But it doesn't change the fact that more white people are killed.
If it was just systematic racism wouldn't basically only a handful of white people die and the cops be prosecuted for them?

Proportionately white to black killings are about equal to the number of white/black people in the prison system, about 55% white, 40% black. The biggest difference is when you look at the overall population makeup where black people only account for 13% of the US population, compared to nearly 80% for whites.
Are more black people killed by police officers on a per capita basis, yes, but they also account for 40% of the prison population, and a larger portion of the violent crime.
I think i recall seeing something along the lines of a white person is 3-4 times more likely to be shot by police than a black person, certainly seems plausible when you factor in the population makeup.

Yes, it seems like the language being used by prosecution/defence has been dramatised because they know it is being broadcast (like HofP pantomime tv),
the perfectly scripted pauses, and, supposed, on-the-fly reflections.
would be interesting to know the education level of the jurors, as preferred in the advocates/prosecution juror challenges/selection
as a juror if I was subjected to that, it would be difficult not to be swayed.

Found guilty of murder. So we'll count that as 1.
Charged with murder but still ongoing. Appears to be incompetence. Coincidently has the same civil rights lawyer as the previous case.
Nothing to do with cops.
Acquitted.
Convicted of criminally negligent homicide. So I'll be generous and call that 2.
No charges.
