Russia's ships are unreliable rust buckets and most arent capable of deep sea operations. They arent up to a naval battle.

With the Bidens' prior interests in Ukraine and a chance to stick one up Putin on his door step, I think Ukraine is going to be in the spotlight over the coming years.
