Probably pick up again if/when Kyiv is under siege or some other significant event - mostly just a slow grind at the moment and predictable political BS.

They don't need to, are you forgetting they ammassed 150,000 on the border befor the invasion?

They still have 140,000 troops left, it's a significant advantage and they will chip away

I read the number of Fatalities to injuries is usually 1:4, so potentially up to 50k Russian troops killed or injured/out of action.

140K is not many to try and invade and hold a country the size of Ukraine - who currently have a far higher level of mobilisation.

Slightly out of date now but last US assessment I saw put it at up to 6K killed, 18K wounded - probably gone up a bit since.

Ukraine is almost exactly as densely populated as the RoI or Scotland, and 8x as densely populated as Russia. Goes both ways, I guess.

Russian Army doctrine has always been about pummeling the enemy into submission with heavy firepower so the amount of personnel is irrelevnat in this case, especially if they're all poorly trained conscripts who run at the first sign of trouble and the amount required to occupy the country would have to be 10x that.
 
Taking MFN status from Russia and Belarus is going to stop their ability to trade on WTO. This is going to be a big problem for them.
