I seem to remember one was lost in the arctic circle and is still probably intact under the ice somewhere.

Seems to be a few reports and opinions coming out that Ukraine will fail in its Spring counter offensive :(

Some of that will be psyops but still - supplies have been slow coming in and a lot of their experienced/professional soldiers can't be spared from their existing duties so a lot will depend on bringing territorial/volunteer forces up to speed for skilled roles. The numbers being banded about are only the spearhead though - there will be much larger forces albeit territorial in support.

EDIT: I do fear though that there has been an underestimation of how much and how long Russia can keep dragging **** onto the battlefield and seeing too much as purely desperation where Russia is doing things for a mix of reasons, etc. which hasn't really been accommodated in planning. Ukraine needs to be able to do something disruptive to accompany any counter-attack to keep Russian forces occupied (Bakhmut potentially has served somewhat to that end but isn't enough alone).

Good news, NATO has begun shipping a new weapon to Ukraine that removes any T-55/62 and most of their T-64/72/80 tanks from the battlefield!
