How many tea / coffee mugs do you have, and do you use all of them?
I think I have far too many, but wanted to see if it is the norm![]()
yeah this is similar to our house. Often get down to the last few mugs in the cupboard that no one likes, and a big stack of used ones by the sink.We keep being bought them as gifts for some reason, so we have loads and the only time we use them all is when we're to lazy to wash up.![]()
Sounds familiarI have a nice set of 4 which I use.
and about 20 others taking up a shelf in a kitchen cupboard for no reason.
Ah - I forgot about the camping mugs.We seem to rotate through our Emma Bridgewater mugs quite effectively. Tea tastes better out of one of those! I use separate mugs for coffee as apparently putting coffee in a tea mug leaves a coffee flavour in there (even after the dishwasher…). Got the usual outdoor / builders mugs as well!
And no I don't use them all.![]()
WTH are you doing to these mugs?I have some aging old mugs I need to replace really, they still work but the art on the side is faded to hell.
I don't like having lots of random ones, so couple of different kids is best![]()
That reminds me, one of mine is for measuring oatmeal.I have one dedicated to coffee/cocoa, one for Bovril, one as a rice measuring device, and an unfortunate one which has been relegated to permanent washing powder scoop duty, the poor bugger.
