The majority of those scientists are forced by Iran to work on the projects. Their families are held under house arrest and have the threat of torture and/or execution hanging over them.

And? Look its crap for the scientists involved but do you want Iran having nukes? The only reasonable answer to that is no. I'm sure when Israel bombed Iranian nuclear sites they killed many people who weren't directly involved in the physics but that is just bad luck. We are talking about a few lives vs millions.

This conflict has existed since before living memory. All those involved have known nothing else. At this point it doesn’t matter who started it, why, or who’s worse. Both sides can point to atrocities carried out against them, and both sides want to avenge them.

This will never end until the 2 groups are separated to the point where they simply cannot get at each other. Even if 99.99% on both sides want peace, that .01% can easily undo any ceasefire. They need to be physically separated until it’s well out of living memory. Maybe even several generations out of living memory.

US is sending an aircraft carrier and warships. UK preparing to send military support as well. After the formal declaration of war on Hamas I don’t see how this ends well.

I dont think we are quite at that point yet, somewhat far off. However, I think we are a lot closer to that eventuality than anyone should be comfortable with.

I get the feeling that maybe not immediately, but in the coming weeks/months there may be some very interesting targeted strikes on Iranian targets. Though I dont see that happening until Israel has the situation under control.

The attack happened Saturday (Oct. 7) at the psytrance festival Universo Paralello near the Gaza Strip amid fighting between Hamas and Israel.

The most detail about the festival I've seen. It was an electronic music festival with massive attendance.

Shocking, and well Hamas need to be destroyed now. There can't be any peace with Hamas existing.

The best thing for any Palestinian who rejects them, is to force them out from they might be hiding. 50% of the population in Gaza are less than 18, so that will be hard.
