ASUS ROG STRIX B650E-E GAMING WIFI owners thread***

Anyone with this mobo say how long it takes for the ethernet to connect after a reboot/power on. Mine use to connect as soon as on desktop, now I'm wating a good 30 seconds.
 
Mine connects right away so by the time desktop appears have internet, what Intel Lan driver version are you using?..I'm on 2.1.5.3 with latest BIOS 3265.

2.1.4.3 same bios, tried different driver same thing, I think its gone a bit wonky, this controler does have issues widely reported, WIFI connects straight away. Cheers.

Try disabling fast bootup in BIOS and see if that helps, I also have fast startup disabled for Win11 as well.

Had a lot of problems with the NIC on this board, my AM4 PC has the same NIC and never had any issues with that. I gave up and got a USB NIC and that just works.
 
Cheers guys, done sone testing and it connects straight away via a deco hub via ethernet to the the EE smart hub plus. So issue is the EE hub, apparently a firmware not yet released corrects it, posted by an EE rep on forum's.

I just updated, fine so far. I have left the iGPU on this time as I want to try and use it for media playback. The dGPU uses ~40W for YouTube/Netflix, the iGPU looks to use ~10W so probably ~10W saving after everything, maybe?
 
I did a little Google search and found more info on the Agesa version.

Side Note: I updated my LAN ethernet driver to 2.1.5.4 a week or so ago as well.
