Looking forward to this but I have very low expectations considering it seems to have been through development hell.
I see the release date has been announced as 21/10/2025
I'm a massive fan of the series having put in so many hours to the original. A few sites have previews now and it almost sounds like dishonored style gameplay, I was just hoping for more RPG elements but I'll wait till release with my fingers crossed.
Classic paradox published game.Just reading some more articles about this, it doesn't get better. Two clans are locked behind more expensive versions of the game.

Same here, was looking forward to this but sounds to me like they have taken a completely different route and it's more of an action game than RPG.Having just read the Eurogamer hands-on preview, I think I'm happy to wait for this one to go on sale with a deep discount and all of the DLC included. I doubt it'll take long.
Cohhcarnage (and a few other streamers) are playing it right now, looks pretty decent
This should not have been called Bloodlines 2. It's too different. This is more like Dishonored, The Darkness, etc. It's a first-person immersive action sim. It's not an RPG.
Yeah seems fair from what I watched of it, might seem a strange comparison but at times while watching it I got sort of Cyberpunk 2077 vibes from the gameplay. Thanks for the heads up, I'll definitely watch the stream when I have time and I trust Cohh's opinion. He gave a quick summary on twitter which has pros and cons.
But the main takeaway I got from that was:
It's a real shame about the lacking in the RPG elements, but equally I did enjoy Dishonored so I'm keen to maybe check this out once the price comes down. I do really enjoy the VTM setting.
Got similar vibes, and can see the cyberpunk feeling too. Added to wishlist to track sale pricing for this. It's a real shame about the lacking in the RPG elements, but equally I did enjoy Dishonored so I'm keen to maybe check this out once the price comes down. I do really enjoy the VTM setting.

Toreador locked behind $30 Day 1 DLC
I don't usually pre-order games but I did this back back in 2020 and I paid £11.84 over on gog, so glad I did given the negativity around it.
Woohoo they backtracked and are making all the clans that were included in the DLC available in the base game. I guess they had to listen given all the feedback they got.

I feel the same, but i still have my pre orderI feel like this is going to be a massive let down.
I loved redemption and bloodlines but just have a sinking feeling about this.
Still going to buy it anyway.
