Have you reset the ONT since upgrading?I upgraded my you1000 to you200 mid contract and saved £3 a month so now only £30. No skin feeling which is great. Only issue is I have a 2.5 gb usb rj45 adapter but seen to only be getting 1gb downloads even though says connected at the correct speed. Just need youfibre to test my connection. But overall happy with the service and can recommend them

I'll have another think about it then. Aquiss have been solid for me the last 2 years or so - had one outage (totally not their fault - due to someone digging up a cable...), and it was nice to speak to someone who actually knew what they were talking about rather than having to jump through hoops following a script with generic call taker #6739836 multiple times before getting any progress
