Are you running at 144Hz with 120-135fps cap ingame? as there is an issue with pretty much all 144Hz panels where "screen door" vertical line artefacts appear around motion in certain circumstances at 144Hz i.e. bright objects in a dark environment. If you are capping a little below 144Hz you shouldn't see them at all or really really rarely if they do happen. (You also get the lowest input latency this way).

Finally getting my replacement PSU on Monday yay! Fed up with crawling under my desk to unplug it for 10 seconds and to plug it back in again. Other than that, the monitor has been fantastic

I'm intrigued by this, I've had no end of problems trying to get just a PSU and I just got a text / e-mail telling me a delivery is due on Monday as well. From my last chase they were waiting for stock so with us both getting a notification on the same day hopefully they are finally getting it correct!

I bought this PSU off ebay a few weeks ago and now my monitor is working great again..

Bought a generic Asus F3S laptop (19V 4.74a) substitute PSU that works fine for mine - looks same as that actually just doesn't have the Asus logo.

Yea, I'm waiting to see what happens with this latest delivery and if that goes wrong as well I'm giving up on the RMA and buying my own.

It will of course mean that ASUS never see another penny of my money ever again, their entire RMA process is a shambles.

I'm paranoid in case mine breaks again, as they don't have a record of a warranty on my serial number since my last exchange apparently (it died again, they refused to help me as I "am out of warranty", but it then fixed itself so I haven't pushed it).

Huzzah! Asus finally got me a power brick! It's arrived and the monitor turns on. However, I did giggle at this given it's taken them 3 months and no end of chasing to get one to me and this is what turned up!

Thankfully I don't need the clover / kettle lead. But it does just sum up the whole experience!

I had a top end Asus Rog Laptop, and it went back 5 times in 8 weeks due to various issues, one being overheating which they *APPARENTLY* couldn't see a problem with until eventually it must have melted the CPU because it wouldn't even turn on lol, and they have an OUTSOURCED service centre in SCOTLAND, ASUS do not have there own technical centre which I found bizarre!

After it went wrong on the last problem I lost my rag, told them I would now ring BBC Watchdog, and they upgraded the Laptop to a better one

I was looking at getting one of these too

In response to a previous "Do Overclockers know" I doubt it, as I rang them today and this monitor was the one recommended hence me trawling the forums for posts on it

Wow! Ive been having the same problem for weeks and just stumbled upon this!

Cant believe everyone is having the same problem, I thought it was my pc causing the fault but alas, Asus' psu is the problem. Ill take it apart the weekend and see if its something simply to diagnose.

I suspect its a fairly simple issues with a capacitor or capacitors but actually diagnosing it won't be so simple. (Unless they've all bloated/leaked).
