After 2-3 weeks I'm only just posting this up because I'm a retard and couldn't edit the videos

New updates :)

Squat: 165kg

Deadlift: 195kg

Bench: 100kg
(sorry no vid, up to you whether you put it on FF, although I would like it :D)

BW: 75kg

Sad times on my squat, my funny right legs twitches in. I thought I had gotten past that. Oh well no worries :).

I should really have gotten 200kg deadlift but the night before, when I did the bench, I was fannying around with a friend trying to make up new exercises or improvise others. Like plate pushes instead of a sled ;). I also spent about an hour going nuts over my vibrams cause it was the first time I had them :). A lesson has been learned :o

Thanks in advance FF :)!

P.S lots of shouty

Bumping in case it was overlooked :)

BP - 52.5KG
Squat - 55KG
Deadlift - 60KG

FEAR ME!!

heh :)

Mines not much better than that Andr3w, im limited to what i have at home and doing it safely

BP 70Kg
Squat 70kg
Deadlift 100kg (all my weights)
Body Weight 82kg

i just dont feel safe doing more than that on my own and in my bedroom.

BP @ 10 reps
Squat @ 20 reps
Deadlift @ 10 reps

Im sure i could probably double my squat, I just cant get more than 70kgs from the floor to above my head and back down again. last thing i'd want to do is put a hole in the celling :s

Marsh with those reps those are pretty good numbers, especially considering your doing a clean and press to squat!

Trying to get my numbers up for a casual meet next month.

Bodyweight 80kg
Bench 122.5kg
Squat 140kg
Deadlift(sumo) 170kg

Deadlift needs work and hoping to get my squat to 150 by June.

Jeez, I really don't understand how some of you can lift so much, I've got a pretty good build and have trained for a few years but not really progressed hugely, lifting over 100kg on bench press seems like an impossible feat to me!

Anyway, my stats:

Height: 5"10
Weight: ~81kg
Bench: 90kg (3 reps of 5)
Squat: 110kg (3 reps of 5)
Deadlift: 130kg (1 rep of 5)

and for reference:

Press: 52.5kg (3 reps of 5)

I've been working up to those figures, following the "starting strength practical programming" routine, I'm happy with those weights for now and will probably switch to another routine :D

I think I'll enter this thread after I complete my 5s. I don't really do 1RMs, but my 5s should be a decent represenation.

At the moment, I'm hitting 55kg, 85kg, 90kg for bench/squat/deadlift respectively for 10s. Probably be looking at 65kg, 100+ and maybe 110kg deadlift during my 5s :)

At height: 6ft
Weight: 77kg

Right updated most of the totals, Djdom56 knocks nightmare out of the top 20!!!

Let me know if I've missed anyone.

Actually that's wrong, my deadlift has been at 200kg for a good while now mate, along with a new squat of 170 I squeezed out.

You've just missed my post a few times haha.

Also add an 80kg Press please.

N19h7m4r3 -------- 100 / 170* / 200 -------- [70] ---- 470

Some nice numbers getting posted up, well done chaps!

I'm loving being back in my powerlifting gym. Corrected a few flaws with my deadlift and it now feels like silk and much much faster from the floor. We'll ingore that I did the wrong weight today because I left my phone at home so guessed, it was still an awesome session. Got 75kg for 5 clean reps on my shoulder press too which is a nice PB. Looking forward to squat friday, going to be horrible! In 5 weeks I should have some nice PBs in the bag.
