Download an ENB from SkyrimNexus>copy+paste files into Skyrim folder>play
And disable any on-screen display things like msi afterburner.

It can be a hassle finding fixes if you use mods that conflict with the ENB mod.

Arma 2 in 1944, is what this is. Nice I like it so far.. Flying is pretty limited on this map, you just run out of map before you enjoy the flight.. Will look at some other maps..
 
Have been trying to modify different presets to improve performance while keeping all the new features and tons of high resolution texture mods.

Back from my suspension :p haha. These Skyrim screenshots look so bloody good, I'm not sure if I'm forgetting any other titles recently or whether you could consider Skyrim truly next gen graphically as the vanilla version looks pretty standard, but modded Skyrim is truly amazing, whereas most of the big titles out recently have been just meh. Well except The Witcher 2, that looked amazing too!
