TT can you pop the instructions for Seti on Fermi in an email pls?
I wish i had the nerve Biffa...all my get up and go's got up and gone with the time and energy spent just getting em to work.
The thought does appeal to me mind, but then i would have to sell some stuff for those hyd cop i just cannot see me pulling a gpu apart and putting my own block on never mind the gubbins
Nah am bone dry when i think about it that bottle of absolut will have to stay in the cupboard will make do with a cuppa cha instead![]()
I just bet they will be too but it is rather tempting, i know watercooling will be complicated but wondered if there's a way you can have say 2 watercooled gpu's then easily add more later on without too much ado?
Darn this postie comes early

Biffa - just install the stock app, as it supports fermi now, Im not sure you need to water cool, as the temps are not anywhere near as bad as people made out, at least not on the 470's
Dont look at the thread posted earlier, it has been closed, there is an ongoing sticky thread at the top of the number crunching boards, use that instead...

Toxic,
I used EVGA precision and just whacked up the shaders, don't worry about the core, they are linked so uping the shaders also ups the core - have left the memory for now, it couldn't have been simpler...
With the fans at 100% Im getting temps of 50C, drop the fans to 75% and Im at 61C

Per watercooling: with 4 of the buggers in there I may be pushing it a bit harder than most of the reviewsi'm actually worried it will be hotter thaan the 295's
