Another quick update weight up by 5lbs in a month. Now at 11st 7lbs.
A quick question on bulking, I have been eating every 3 hours or so oats, tuna etc around 300 calories at a time is this a good idea? How many calories a day should I aim for in a day/per meal? Also how much should I aim to put on in say a week or month? Cheers in advance

Thats at least 300 calories per snack should I say, on top of my normal 3 meals a day. So Between 2500 and 3000 per day depending on work. May get some more whey to bump the protein count up a bit also.
According to gordys guide iam doing right at around 2800 kcal a day with 1.5-2lbs weight gain a week.

Just measured my legs length 30", calve 15", thigh 21" not sure if thats good or not they feel quite toned, probably due to the cycling I do.
Chest looks quite flat on the pics but theres defiantly that overhang thing going on.
