OcUK Health Seekers: Post your progress pics

Cheers UE, my lifts have been going up slow but steady. Got a 95kg squat for 1 rep last week, which i was stoked with. Want to get 100kg in the next month

yeah the 100kg barrier is more a mental one than anything as soon as i broke it i demolished it, now it a warm up weight for most exercises! How much you weigh?

"Was 12st 8 this morning at 5'9"

Looking good mate, better posing/ lighting would have made you like 10x better but don't worry about that :p

Cheers Dun, find it hard to get a good photo as i have spotlights in the living room so had to use daylight :p

Easy, just tell yourself before you even start that you can do it. Good luck.

Another quick update weight up by 5lbs in a month. Now at 11st 7lbs.
A quick question on bulking, I have been eating every 3 hours or so oats, tuna etc around 300 calories at a time is this a good idea? How many calories a day should I aim for in a day/per meal? Also how much should I aim to put on in say a week or month? Cheers in advance

Be brutal, not much to show off at this stage, but thats after 5 months, and only 3 months of working with a proper diet too

Excuse my spotty back too :( lol

How many meals do you have per day?

Even at 6 meals that's only around 1800kcal which seems quite little - I think the guide is 18x kcal your weight in calories/day for bulking , then adjust down if BF% increases.

Check GordyRs sticky - in more detail there I believe

Thats at least 300 calories per snack should I say, on top of my normal 3 meals a day. So Between 2500 and 3000 per day depending on work. May get some more whey to bump the protein count up a bit also.
According to gordys guide iam doing right at around 2800 kcal a day with 1.5-2lbs weight gain a week.

Oooooh me? :o

Or danoliver1? hehe

Must say dan, really noticing a difference each time you post new pics, definitely doing a good job

Just measured my legs length 30", calve 15", thigh 21" not sure if thats good or not they feel quite toned, probably due to the cycling I do.
Chest looks quite flat on the pics but theres defiantly that overhang thing going on.

good good :]
im sure you are doing fine with them, you wouldnt be progressing as well as you are on your upper body without giving the lower something to think about!

Cheers guys appreciate the positive comments:D
Are there any areas that I need to work on/improve?

Definitely need to bulk out your chest and also need to bulk up your abs as they are none visible right now (and no that's not to do with the bit of fat on top - at your body fat they should be somewhat visible :))
