I was going to say that! :p Or a Sierra (Sapphire) Cosworth, stage 1 conversion (or stage 2) - you could get a mint (probably low mileage as well) one for 7 - 10k.

You ever seriously tried to find a mint, low mileage and not utterly shagged out Sierra Cosworth? NOT an easy ask, I assure you.

Yes in actual fact. I found a few but it wasn't easy I grant you! All I could afford were ones that needed work or otherwise fixing up, which I couldn't be bothered with really - and I couldn't begin to afford a mint one :D

If i were u i would get the M5 or the Impreza.

Btw rotty, u should have shipped your WRX over here, your model still sells in the hight 40,000s down this way :p :(

now you tell me

Thats AUDs but i think it would be around 2-2.5 times more then what u got for yours once its converted into pounds :)

For some reason Subarus and BMWs hold there value very well down here.

Too well if you want to buy one  :(

do those big scoops fit the earlier models?

Despite what Rotty says, no they don't, because the blogeye scoop is deeper front-to-back than the classic and bugeye. But you can buy replicas which do fit earlier ones. They look silly on classics, but OK on bugeyes.
