Are piercings of a primarily sexual nature acceptable for a 13 year old girl? Obviously not.

So piercings are now sexual? ok....

This is nothing - my fiancée's cousin had a baby (little girl) and after 6 months got both its ears pierced. Couldn't quite believe it tbh.

People pierce the ears of their kids days after they are born (as post above) and nobody bats an eyelid.

At 13, this girl is already getting to know about men, belly piercing or no. Giver her a few years and she will start becoming intimate (as intimate as a 15/16 year old can be) with them. Got nothing to do with any piercings.

Do I like it? No. Do I like fat girls wearing leggings? No. Belly piercings are only acceptable if you have a Shakira-like figure. Pulls your eyes to her figure/stomach/hips area. A 13 year old had a cuboid figure. Is it of sexual nature? No. Generally, the piercing will be seen in very rare circumstances (at the beach mainly) coz I doubt she will be walking around with her tummy showing. I find it tacky, but it is in no way sexual. My value of a person doesn't change if she has a belly piercing. Tbh, the clothes she wears are worse (hot pants on young girls...now that is more of a problem)

My 16yr old daughter has just had this done. She wasn't allowed by us to have this sort of piercing till this age and a adult has to be present when procedure is done ( around here anyway). Belly piercing at school age shouldn't be allowed IMHO.

as per the 13 year old in question, a belly button piercing would almost certainly be done to attract a mate, my guess here has something to do with benefits and living a life of 60" 4k plasmas, pot noodles and cannabis
