Hit power and spam delete , should go into bios.
Go into the option " can't remember which one-time falling asleep at my phone " for Boot Priority and set SSD to first and HDD to second and USB to third .
Save and exit, PC will reboot and go to the splash screen ' this is where you'll see gigabyte logo and options to hit delete for bios or F12 for boot select - I think it's F12.. to many brands floating in my head.
Will give you a list of what to boot from and select the Windows USB and will boot from there... This option doesn't change Boot Priority, just let's you select which drive to boot to this one time

Should be high bios version , but I believe Gigabyte and others started to roll updates to protect against those hacks
