it's a standard term on near enough any promotion that you will ever see, it just means that if something goes wrong with the promotion plan, something unexpected that isn't covered elsewhere, then it can be changed or in extreme circumstances cut short. Chances of a it happening? zero, as the damage to their relationship with their end users and customers would be dire.

Hope that's not why my order from yesterday has been showing as 'in warehouse queue' all day. There were >10 when I put in the order. I assume that means stock was allocated??

I'm confused as to what you have to send away as the above is mentioned on the online PDF that you need to fill out. Do you just fill out the form on the MSI site, attach your invoice, then send it off? Or is there an extra form or something else I have to fill in?

that offer caused no end of problems for all of the resellers which is why MSI decided on a cash back offer this time around. The reseller takes no risks & isn't tied up managing the offer.

Has anyone else ordered and managed to get the novatrise code to work today or yesterday ? I ordered £500+ worth of stuff because i saw this was the last day on the deal on a banner on the main website but when i order i dont get the VAT discount so phoned OCUK and was told the website was in the process of changing that and that they were sorry :(

Just wondered if anyone else had the same problem ? Or did anyone get the VAT discount ?

I didnt know this Scottie im new around here :)

Im in a peed off mood because iv had 3 hours sleep in 24 hours, ordered my 2500k on friday for DPD next day delivery that did not turn up untill today, was expecting a phone call back from OCUK to let me know what was going on but they didnt and i did use the "novatrise" code on that but i have been charged the full 20% but cant be bothered arguing for the sake of £3 lol. And to top it off i ordered £500+ worth of stuff thinking i will get the novatrise on it because i saw it on the banner that it was until the 12th but the response from ocuk is a sorry.

Hence why i posted here to see if anyone got the vat off today or not ?
 
I've not heard any comment on the fact that if you buy more than one board i.e. 2 like myself that you only get a rebate off one of them. Seems a bit unfair, the more you spend on the product the less you get off (percentage-wise). Great product but a little annoyed about that...

The OcUK "novatrise" is a totally different promotion to this MSI offer.

They are not linked at all.

The "novatrise" promotion is no longer active now but the MSI promotion is.
