An extremely rare visit into Motors for me, just to say that I'm over the moon that he won, but I was swearing my head off during that last lap.

Well done to the young'un though, well deserved.:D:D
 
I see that no 1 finds it odd that vettle passed glock too. You guys should have heard the spanish tv channel when massa won. they actually thought he won it all and didn't relise that hamilton had passed glock. classic

Thats why I caveated (sp?) it with 'all the obvious factors considered' - like both your drivers actually getting you points. Kinda difficult if one doesnt even attempt to...

Not at all. That Hamilton didn't win by a considerably larger margin is down to some outrageous decisions by the race stewards in previous races. Masa is a superb driver, no one can deny that, but the best driver won the championship.
 
I dont think I can bring myself to watch that footage yet, I might have another heart attack!

Alonso should be in a quicker car from the start and the BMW's should be much closer to the front teams after the development freeze on this years car. So many fundamental changes with next years regs - its not a given who will end up being at the front (or even front of the mid pack)

i recorded the GP for the my archive and for dad...... Only freeview died halfway through, so i switched to virgin media and carried on recording.....


so i just started to watch again with dad and...... **** just a black screen saying AV1.

Oh my word that was one insane race. At the end when he says "last couple of corners" I couldn't believe it and I thought all was lost...

...but then Glock pulled it out of the bag ;)



Highlight was seeing both teams celebrating and then Ferrari lot getting told to sit the **** down. Hahaha.

Congrats to Lewis Hamilton and McClaren, job well done.


Edit:- Also gutted for Big Dave C, he deserved to finish his last race and I would have like to have seen him do donuts :)
