If Toyota had brought Glock in for wets, Hamilton and Vettel would have passed him on road position anyway and Hamilton would still have got the points he needed to win the WDC.

What position would Glock have finished in if he had pitted? I can't remember where abouts he was before everyone came in.

The Rookie in his 1'st season missed the title by 1 point last year and then wins it by 1 point in his second season.

People seem to have totally overlooked this.

He's taken F1 by the Balls & given everybody a good wake up call.

Lewis Hamilton is the best driver to come along in a long time,

100% Agreed

Hamilton is a beautiful beautiful man :o

Ahead of Hamilton I think, 30 seconds for a pitstop and there were about 4 laps left when they pitted for wet. Glock didn't because he was fueled to the end and there was only 4 laps left and it wasn't raining that hard with 4 laps left, except the last lap it got slightly heavier. And Hamilton took way more than 30 seconds out of Glock in the last 3 laps, not to mention he would have still had to pass him as well which with the pace he was going, he didn't look like passing anyone.

nah, glock was miles behind before the rain started again he had lost far too much time running so heavy.

he was circa 15s ahead after LH's stop and LH didnt actually take anything out of glock until the final lap they were both pulling 1.27's until that last lap where glock lost about 20s in the final 2 sectors.

Amazing race! Looking back at the season I think Hamilton deserved the championship, however he's performance yesterday wasn't to the best of his ability. No doubt that Massa is one of the greatest drivers of all time, can't help but feel Hamilton is just that little bit better though :p.

very good race and even though I don't like Mclaren and Lewis - congrats on win the WDC and well done to Massa on the win and Ferrari on the WCC. I think next year if Renault give Alonso a winning car we could well see more than 5 drivers dueling for the WDC.

BBC + New Cars (Slicks and less Aero) = Win Win

what a race that was, massa put in a sterling race and did everything right, he didnt put a foot wrong and was definatly driver of the day.

hamilton got lucky but winning is winning, it doesnt matter how it happens, obviously driver of the season is hamilton (cos he got the most points).

cant say he didnt deserve it, he deserved it in his rookie season.

hamilton had points robbed, some shocking decisions by the FIA and massa had an engine blow and lost a win . hamilton should have had it last race tbh.

well done to lewis and unlucky to massa must have fealt horrible on the podium for him.

when does the new season start?

Anywhere got loads of OWNED pics up yet, a pain trying to look for them? Want to send an e-mail around work.

Huh ! How do you work that out then, Good Maybe but he is a Long way from being one of the greatest of all time.

The title & race was an anti climax for me, He won the title as he had more points which makes him the Champion but he hardly demonstrated that in the race did he.

Can't wait for next year & watching more of Alonso & Kimi & hope for a better outcome to the Championship. That is if I can still stand watching it with the constant barrage of Circus tricks from the Hamiltons. At least I don't have to put up with Allen & adverts though.

We all know what really happened; if this has already been posted idk, didn't read all

Woooohoooo no more of listening to muppet Allen and no more adverts from ITV I just hope we can still watch F1 Live on the PC when the beeb take over. Also I hope they start showing practice sessions again on one of the beeb channels.

No he's not, he's not even as good as DC. To be one of the greats you really have to at least win a Championship (or 2), dominate a season and do things that really make you go "how the hell did he do that?"

Examples

Schmy drove in 5th gear for half a race and still finished second
Senna's ability of drive in slicks in the wet, and he won 6 (I think) Monaco GP
Schmy started at the back of the grid and won the race convincingly
Mansell won like the first 10 races in a row

Massa has done jack all really, he has won races but he is in a quick car, and that he was terrible in the wet a few weeks ago, spinning out like every other corner if i remember.

Massa lost out on 10 points and Hungary and 10 points at Singapore through indecents which weren't his fault. With those he would have been champ even before this race started, so how can you say he's not a good driver?
