Nice work!, some great losses you have.

Finally got round to working out my diet. I've got roughly three months without any commitments/jobs etc before I go back to university. Hoping to lose around one stone in this time.

Meal 4 may differ slightly but will try to keep consistent.

Exercising 6 times a week, 3 weight days, 3 cardio - 1 hour 30 each session.

Current weight: 111kg

Here's to hoping!

1 hours 30 minutes of exercise, 6 days a week with a good diet you are certainly going to see results.

I've been doing an hour of exercise 7 days a week for 2 weeks without a proper diet and I have already noticed results.

Sure hope so :)

It's amazing how a little diet tweaking can go such a long way.

Bit of a surreal day for me today, went cloths shopping and 36" jeans actually fit. I think its probably 6 years since I could say that.

Awesome work dude, I made it into 31/32 about a month ago (down from wearing 38" in loose fit) and have vowed not to go back! You're doing really well, bet you feel so much better in yourself!

It is rather odd finding levi 508s in the cupboard that fit again. There's loads of people in here that have done amazing stuff. It was reading it through that gave me the kick to stop putting it off and get moving. I can honestly say though I really enjoy both the exercise and change to diet. Running is such a great way to de-stress.

really struggling with my weight loss,i was down from 22st to 17st 4 last year, but over the past year i just cannot seem to stick to anything.I feel like i have giving up,i have put at-least 3 stone back on with just eating rubbish and doing nothing. So annoyed with myself but its as if i am on auto pilot when i am eating things,i end up eating the wrong things and it feels like i am not even thinking before i eat them.I cannot seem to get the motivation i had 2 years ago when i first started dieting and stuck to it,feel like **** now i realise how much i have put back on.

I have heard loads of people say when people lose allot of weight they always put it back on,i just laughed when people told me but now i realise how easy it is to fall in a rut and eat your way to back where you started

I found that exercise was the key thing, whilst diet has a big role in losing weight I find it much easier to motivate myself to eat better when now I am going to the gym/running a few times each week.

It means I don't have to eat loads less since I am burning calories but also I don't want to ruin the hard work I've done at the gym. On a logical point, if you're exercising then it's also part of the day you can't use to eat or snack.

The first month or two were the worst for me as I was aware of how fat and unfit I was so I committed to a routine and forced myself to stick to it. Now it's so ingrained that I don't even think 'shall I go to the gym', it's just part of my week.

I hope you find the time and commitment as it has made a huge difference to my confidence/happiness/energy.

Indeed. Exercise really is the key. My diet was probably worse than ever last year at uni, drinking too much and far too much takeway. Five hours of MMA a week and I managed to lose two stone and 4 inches around the waist in about 6 months.
