We haven't seen a single instance of the first 11 or anything near it yet. I don't get it.

I think the positive was Henriquez looked quite good, if Rooney does go could we cope with just RvP, Hernandez, Welbeck and Henriquez?

Hell no.

Our squad looks really weak on paper compared to other teams. Why is Anderson still with UTD?

That's true, but we've seen most of the players and I just don't feel things are looking good enough to win the league. Delighted to be wrong though.

At the moment we've got Rooney, one of our best players, on the way out, and nobody on the way in, or 2 very unlikely targets in Ronaldo and Fabregas, anyway.

It's just a bit gloomy, that's all. I do rate Kagawa extremely highly though so he will of course help. Maybe I'm just being miserable this evening.

Anderson always looks good against poorer opposition in friendlies as he has that little bit more time and space that he needs to operate.

Went to Rangers Vs Newcastle tonight.

Rangers were surprisingly decent and Newcastle were surprisingly poor. 1-1
