No change as I done it last year, just Monkee wouldn't let me put it on!!!

It felt a lot harder though, not sure what is going on with my squat. My reps feel good, I go heavy and I get scared - like really scared. 150 is ****ing heavy!

Depth wasn't great, but I was told it looked fine. So I'm counting it anyway :))

Was on an apollons axle, so continental cleaned. Well happy :)
 
Now weighing 89kg and recent lifts -

Squat 120k

Should be much heavier come summer, progress is going well :)

N00b gainz. I expect these to become far less frequent now...
