2013 Powerlifting Totals

End of cycle two for this year, holiday next, hopefully find a gym out there somewhere to keep the small gains moving along, else three weeks will be wasted.
Doing 5-5-5(max) 3-3-3(max) 5-3-1(max) Deload as my weeklys, also doing alandmine press fr shoulders and core, so two days, one squats and landmines, one deads and bench. Enjoying it, slow gains, but not to single rep max yet, we continue to build toward it.

Might as well throw my name into the mixer - these are using a smaller 15kg bar if that has any bearing on placement.

Assuming the totals are as posted (i.e. you've accounted for them in the weight) then fine.

yeah I know, I am starting to outgrow it but it saves me plenty of $$ and it does wonders breaking up the working day!

I keep pestering them to get some more plates in but will have to see. Once I get to 105x20x3 on my squats I'll definitly move :P
 
My old work gym had some quality lifting kit. Helped that the bloke who arranged for it to be done was into bodybuilding and lifting :D

Wasn't anything special, but by works standards it was immense!
 
I'd just be happy if my office had a shower so I could cycle the 9 miles in never mind a gym!
 
Just buy a couple of 20kg plates or something, shouldn't set you back that much if you aren't wanting to jump ship yet.

Felt I could do more for squat and DL but I didn't want to push too much and break myself when it's just gloating rights, y'knowmean? DL should come on quite a bit with improved technique.

Gonna try for a 140kg squat tomorrow just to hit 400kg total.

I've realised today that no one above me has a bench that is equal or less than mine. But quite a few people below me have a higher bench.

Spot the weak lift!
