2013 Powerlifting Totals

155 was top in UE 83s, the ones below that were 125-145 =/

There was a 160 done in Northern Ireland Bench Press Championships in the 83s.

Weird how no one is even coming close to 175 in the 83s...
Bench press championships arent hugely popular.

My oppionion is hugely tainted, but it seems they only exist for people who are terrible at 3 lift comps. Same goes for the existence of push/pull comps; just why?

Not a big increase - but what the heck :) It gets me ahead of Muzy again :p

An old update from me:

Dom -------------- 120 / 190 / 215 --------------[83] ------525

BW is pretty much accurate. Right now I'm full of carbs and I weigh 86kg or so, some mornings I'm down to just over 81kg but more typically around 82-83kg.
 
I didn't really have time for a proper sesh tonight as I didn't get to gym till late :mad:

Did a few big weights just to test how my progress is going.
