Bench Squat Dead
Ashley ------------- 120 / 155(B) / 170(S)(B) --- [85] ------ 445

Happy with a BW x2 Deadlift eventually i want to work towards that x3 mark, its a long way to go but i will get there.

Not really a fan of the bench press to be honest.

Squat can do with some work as well.

Impressive lift @Morba :)

Edit: Just remember i have so little posts :( Back today so i'll try to get a lift on video hoping to go for 175+

NEW: Delvis ------------------ 80+ / 90 / 185 ------------ [98] ------------ 355

About the only thing going up on that for the next few months will be bench, as I'm not squatting or benching for the time being :p :(

Do you really hate benching/squatting or something? :p

Bro, I'm really happy with that bench considering a year or so ago I couldn't bench the bar without crying :p That was for 3x3 mind, so should be good for 90.

And I just suck at squats, trying to work on that one :p

Not saying they're bad, just compared to the deadlift... :eek: Wish mine was as good as yours.

I don't mind squatting, enjoy benching but I hate deadlifting. :)
 
Can't see my bench going up for a while as my shoulder is not happy with me at the minute, my deadlift can't go any higher until I move gyms but I can see my squatting keeping on going up as I've really gotten into the grove on that recently.

Why can't your deadlift go up? Unless you've ran out of plates.....

Not in my place 170kg is everything they've got! Short of duct taping some dumbbells to the bar I'm out of luck.

I had considered buying a couple more 20kg plates and just leaving them there as apart from the lack of plates it's the perfect gym for me.
 
Might be worth it....Particularly if you enjoy it and the owners are decent, they may even chip in.
 
Should probably make an effort and test maxes for the big three shortly.

Maintaining/gaining strength whilst cutting at the moment. Hoping to break 600KG at sub 85KG, should be achievable.
 
I'm well down on my 2014 best at the minute. But i'll add my 2015 lifts to hopefully spur me on to improve them. I'm training in my garage now, so maybe some adjustment to my new surrounds (it also takes me about 20 minutes to warm up now as i've got no heating, which can't be helping me).

Goal for the year is 150 / 180 / 240 which will be an increase of 32.5kg over 2014, which although my lifts have dropped off in the last couple of months, I think is achievable. hopefully at the same bodyweight.

10kg pre competition deadlift pb! I've gone from 140kg to 150kg and at a lighter bodyweight!
