Was hard, next to no warm up then opened on 300, then 5 mins later pulled 310 then 2 mins later failed 315.
Only to be told bar weight didn't include the 2.5kg collars so I pulled 305 then 315 and failed 320 lol.
Some more time and is have pulled 320kg I'm sure
Belted 210 looked pretty good, and gratz on the 215 PB
I'll add myself to this - bench and squat are 'calculated' - wont be able to test them properly for a little while (gym closure) and I'd rather get another cycle going than delay for some more accurate tests.
