A complaint about moderation, what on are you talking about?
For some reason you don't want us to discuss @thenewoc's claim that cutting red-tape will balance the huge cost of the mini-budget, why is that?
It's literally an on point discussion of the exact topic of this thread.
Could it perhaps be that the reason you don't want it discussed, is that you're well aware that if we look at it in any kind of detail then it will quickly become obvious that the claim was complete nonsense?
The weak flailing from the krankies is hilarious.
I was under the impression that Brexit discussion was limited to the thread in SC - are you saying this is no longer the case?
What's Sturgeon said?
Hard to know what to say to the suggestion I should mirror policies (tax cuts for richest) that have sunk the £, crashed the mortgage market, pushed pensions to the brink, imperilled public services & forced a Bank of England bailout. What planet is the PM living on?
Eh?
Why are you still trying to disingenuously conflate this with Brexit?
The only person mentioning Brexit, is you. I can only assume it's a silly attempt to try and get this line of discussion shut down.
So a few options after catching up on the last couple of pages:
I'd like to stick with option 3, so play nicely guys.
- I nuke this thread
- This thread goes to Speakers Corner
- You guys learn to play nicely
I read that 40% of mortgages were revoked once this mini budget come into play.
Could we have two thread so the people who wish to argue about their favourite team can continue arguing there and people who want to keep up with the actual economic ramifications have a thread to discuss in?So a few options after catching up on the last couple of pages:

I wonder if anything will come of the Truss meeting with the OBR today? Apparently it's highly unusual for a PM to be present.
I haven't argued with anyone.Go to mumsnet if you want to troll/argue?!
