Do you by any chance have a camera with 60fps recording? Could you by any chance boot up BF4 in a Metro tunnel in some dark+light area, and move the mouse around? I'd like to see if theres noticable inverse ghosting.

Refer to my review; it isn't an issue with this monitor if you use the optimal 'Standard' setting for 'Response Time'. Certainly nothing that could be readily captured on HFR video.

Impressive pics old gamer I'm really leaning towards ultrawide but worried about getting games to work, is there a lot of messing about or does a program like flawless widescreen do the hard work for you?

Mostly you just select 3440x1440 in the settings. MGSV you need a modified exe to get 3440 though. Probably a few other games that don't support it and need a work around, but so far I've found most easy.

I knew you would be seduced by the ultrawide

I looked at the 40" 4K Phillips...but TBH it looked like a TV with a glossy screen...

Plus so many downscaling to 1440p to play games on it.I mean what's the point in that?:p

if you're going 4K man up and get gfx hardware to push it...

The screen arrives tomorrow...so I'll see what happens...In all honesty I'm not convinced I'll be able to give up a dual monitor setup and I can easily see myself with 2 X U2715H lol

The Dell 34 comes in at 70 % less pixels but with no middle bezel...but I'm so used to it only time will if I cream all over the 34 inch WS lol

Front of the monitor
Thought I share my setup, Samsung LS34E790C with two flanking Dell U2412M's. The top monitor is a LG Flatron 29UM65-P, which was my first Widescreen monitor which I liked, just felt a bit to small so it is now connected to my spare PC while using the Sammy as main and I just love it. Gaming and watching videos on it is just great and having the two flanking Dell's I can browse forums or what not if needed. :) Might seem a bit excess with the setup but when I'm working on my website I really love all the space it giving me this way. :)
Bonus point and a virtual cookie to the person that recognize the movie. :p
