3090 Reported To Be A Laughable 10% Faster Than 3080

Unless you compare both a 3080 and 3090 on the same/a similar rig it is not going to be comparable, his CPU is good enough for 1440p and 4k results but he seems to get higher score on 1080p than 1440p which it should not, some claim his RAM is holding it back.

He did at least provide pretty good proof he has the card.
He shows a box of a rtx 3090... that is all

Some of those results are only 5% faster than a 3080 lol

In fact the timespy extreme score is lower than a 3080????
Hard to cross compare most of those scores vs other reviewers as his CPU and RAM are weaker in comparison but comparing just the graphics score for time spy vs 3080 graphics score in time spy there is a 15% difference 20569 vs 17832 guru3d got on 3080 founders edition and 10% difference on the 3090 gaming x trio vs graphics score guru3d got on 3080 MSI gaming x trio.

Exactly, people keep throwing this "not really a gaming card" thing up, if it wasn't a gaming card it wouldn't have "GeForce" branding. Geforce is their gaming gpu line so it's a gaming card, end of.

The 3090 is aimed at gamers that want the best and may use more than one monitor or 8K and people doing more than gaming it will help too.

Now I will state the reality below and let you see what is going to happen soon.

This is a 3080 below with how many parts of the chip disabled or were faulty and binned as a 3080. :-

Now this tells us this is not the Titan as a Titan always has the full blown chip with nothing disabled, also there is already signs a 48GB RTX Titan is coming out.

Now people saying a 3080Ti or they may just call it a Super is coming too and not branded as a 3080Ti this time because not enough more parts to enable to make it worth selling a 3080Ti and basically killing sales of the 3090 and 3090 super/Ti or a 3080Ti will come out but it just won't be the usual % increase we got with previous Ti models in the past. There will probably be a 3090Ti or Super too just by enabling the full chip like a Titan and still having 24GB.

More info here too regarding the Ampere Architecture :-
