30xx Series Founders Edition

Small consolation for us who failed to bag one tonight guys, free weekly game on Epic Store.

I keep looking at Kingdom Come Deliverance on there wondering if the 3080 would run it smoothly.
 
I own a tonne of games im waiting to play through on 4k, i wasnt happy with the 980s performance so i've been saving them up waiting for a reasonably priced card.

Intending to go back to this myself. Some great lighting mods for this title, but they made my 1080Ti drop to the 20s at times.

I've never had a card more than a few days before i've voided its warranty anyway :D but i wouldnt give the scaplers money anyway, it will just encourage them to carry on buying them.

That’s the other grim element to it, you start looking at your fellow man disparagingly. Statistically there’s probably people on here who are one of the ones who has listed a card.

For sure. You’ll have to take my word, mine won’t be going on eBay! I have wanted to water block the FE since seeing how short the PCB is.

Bots man, looking at a discord that has a Bot that lists when stock is in and out, the 3080 was gone in under 2 minutes.
 
Would also like that Discord link please, the one I’m on is very US centric (didn’t get any notification about this one at all)

Full disclosure, I set up nvidia-sniper with debit card details and auto payment and Telegram notifications. I got the notification, ran to my laptop (which has been running NV sniper for 2 days) and the order was almost complete. I just had to do a reCaptcha picture puzzle and it went through.

If you're still after a card, it's worth the time to set this up.

So the alert system I used that worked for me tonight, linked me straight to the equivalent page for the 3090 but I also had an alert setup for 3080 and the link was to that one.

Last Thursday on launch day I got caught out because I was refreshing the product listing page and nothing was happening (not even saying ‘out of stock’). By the time I realised and clicked to the product page it was showing out of stock. If I was in your position trying to get one, I would navigate to the product page and refresh that.
