It changes with load and is quite annoying with out the side panels on.

Got an RMA open for my 3090FE for that reason. Whine on mine is annoying, more so at the price, would grind my gears if I kept it I think.
Ah your alright then, mine is going into a custom loop once block here so will be silent. I have it sitting 3m as its away from me and when scenes go quiet (3090FE cooler is so massive and quiet as heck anyways) can hear the whine.

Is that with the power slider cranked up?
No that's just out of the box.
What frequency should the mem be displaying. Just not sure why it was going up and down a bit?
