all default, i havnt done any overclocking yet... and im scared too. since everything is working perfect, "if it aint broke... dont fix it"

could probably get a lot more out of my system, but dont know where to start. i did make a thread here about it all. but no one... cared.

Hi , yeah not too high at the moment 600/1800 , i will give it another go in a min

Just got 3D Mark 06, I ran it with all defaults on a 2.4 core duo using a 8800 GTS and default settings @ 1280 x 1024.

The CPU test 1 & 2 were very slow, but the rest seemed ok, it does kick the nuts out of your system, and the first got me a score of -

8340...

Is this about right, read through some of this thread, but hard to tell so many configs to go against...

The CPU was worrying, is it really meant to be so slow it only does 9 FPS? I'm not up on how 3D Mark works. The space battle was whizzing along at an average 65 fps... Sweet.


Oh and I've got the Nvida drivers set to quality, and not performance..

I wasnt trying hard enough upped it to 630/1000 and got the 12k

With all default speeds cpu/gpu i say that'd be about right!

Clock them and you'll get mid 9000's and up!

My GX2 will run similarly to a standard GTS and my score is 9331 with an opteron [email protected].

Clock them and see!

That actually is impressive seeing as its the GTS 320 version matey, nice score imo....
